Gulf War-II화학 병기에 의해 이라크가 파괴한, 재군비 된 만능 부대를 「가르후워Ⅱ」라고 이름 붙였다.
「가르후워Ⅱ」, 이 게임은 「가르후워Ⅰ」를 기본으로 한 시뮬레이션 게임이다.
플레이어는 다른 게임에서는 맛볼 수 없었다, 싸움의 본질, 스릴, 그리고 긴장을 느낄 수가 있을 것이다.
