Story
라이덴파이타즈 2독재 정부군의 패퇴로부터 4년의 세월이 흘러 원반란군이 설립한 새로운 국가도 궤도에 오르고 있었다.
그러나, 원정부군의 잔당은 각지에서 게릴라로서 무서워할 수 있고 있었다.
국지전이 계속되는 어느 날, 게릴라는 1명의 독재자의 바탕으로 집결해 군사 국가를 설립, 새로운 전투 병기를 투입해 신정부로 공격이 개시되었다.
강력한 군사력으로 차례차례로 세력권을 확대해 가는 독재 전투 국가에 대해, 신정부군은 전회 활약한 전투기 부대를 중심으로 한 특별 대책 팀을 결성해,
최신 병기에 의한 특수 임무를 명했다.
