사일런트 드래곤199 X년, 세계를 우리 것 가짜응으로 하는 암흑의 조직이 나타났다.
그 수령의 이름은 Dr. 바이오. 우리 바이오 기술에 의해 강폭인 괴인을 낳아, 사람들을 진감 시키고 있었다.
Dr. 바이오의 야망을 쳐부술 수 있도록 선택된 4명의 용사들이 정의의 전사로서 일어섰다.
그리고 지금, 장렬한 격투가 시작되려 하고 있다.
